Planning to Ensure Full Forgiveness for Your PPP Loan Webinar

May 5, 2020

Many organizations that have received a Paycheck Protection Program loan in the recent weeks may not have taken a close look at the Program’s loan forgiveness rules and recent compliance updates. While it may have been a relief to receive the PPP loan, now is the time to carefully forecast your organization’s use of PPP funds and employment picture to maximize loan forgiveness. This webinar will cover:

  • How PPP loan forgiveness works,
  • The tests an organization needs to meet in order to not repay the funds,
  • Updated eligibility standards causing companies to return PPP loan proceeds,
  • Recordkeeping requirements and other best practices.

This webinar will help PPP borrowers develop a loan forgiveness plan, which should be accomplished before the borrower receives PPP funds, or as early as possible thereafter to avoid future issues.
